This KPI summarizes all work order types with a status of “open” for each AMP and development, with the option to drill-down and view more detailed information for each open work order. It also offers a total count of all work orders (with a status of Complete, Open, Received) during the current month.
It is recommended to use this KPI on a daily or weekly basis to keep track of daily workloads and evaluate employee performance.
Real time: Work order values are updated in HIP constantly, so the most up-to-date information is always displayed.
Weekly: Work order values are created, or archived at the end of each week. Use the historical view to compare each week.
